Step A: Make sure your GHL profile is complete
Your emails automatically pull your name, company, phone, email, and address straight from your GoHighLevel account. Just make sure these two places are filled out:
-
1
Your personal profile
Go to Settings > My Profile and make sure your Full Name is filled in. This is what shows up as the sender name on every email.
-
2
Your business profile
Go to Settings > Business Profile and make sure these are filled in: Business Name, Phone, Email, and Address. These go in the email footer automatically.
What fills in automatically once your profile is complete:
- Your full name (email signature + from name)
- Your company / firm name
- Your business phone number
- Your business email address
- Your office address (footer)
- Your lead's first name (email greeting)
Quick check: Go to Settings in your GHL account. If your name, business name, phone, email, and address are already there, you are done with Step A.
Step B: Add your custom values
There is one thing the system cannot pull automatically: your job title. You fill this in once and it appears everywhere it is needed.
-
1
Go to Custom Values
Click Settings > Custom Values from the left sidebar.
-
2
Fill in your Advisor Title
Find the field called advisor_title and type your professional title.
-
3
Save
Click Save. Your title will appear in every email automatically.

Quick check: Send yourself a test email from the workflow. Your name, title, and company should all appear correctly. If everything looks right, you are done with this step.
Step C: Connect your calendars
Your landing page has two calendars -- a popup on the first page and a full calendar on the second page. Both need to be pointed to your calendar and your post-booking confirmation page.
-
1
Open your landing page in the editor
Go to Sites > Funnels and click into your landing page.
-
2
Set up the popup calendar
Click Popup Settings in the top left corner of the editor. This will open the popup. Click into the popup to edit it, then select your calendar. Set the redirect action to Go to website URL and paste your post-booking page URL.
-
3
Set up the main calendar
On the second page, click into the calendar element. Select your calendar, then set the redirect action to either Go to website URL (paste your post-booking page URL) or Next Step.
-
4
Save and preview
Save the page. Open the live URL and click through to make sure both calendars show your availability and redirect to the confirmation page after booking.
Quick check: Book a test appointment from the live page. After confirming, you should land on your post-booking page. Check both the popup and the second-page calendar.
Important: If you ever change your website URL or subdomain, you will need to come back and update the post-booking page URL in both calendar redirects. The redirect links do not update automatically.
Step D: Update your survey opt-in and compliance links
The last question in your survey has an opt-in disclosure with a placeholder business name and compliance links that need to be updated with your information.
-
1
Open the survey builder
Go to Sites > Funnels, click into your landing page, then click the survey element and select Edit Survey. You can also navigate directly to the survey builder from Sites > Surveys.
-
2
Go to the last question
Scroll to the final question in the survey. This is where the opt-in disclosure text and compliance links live.
-
3
Replace the placeholder business name
Find the text that says insert business name here in the opt-in disclosure and replace it with your actual registered legal business name. This is required for A2P compliance.
-
4
Add your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions links
At the very bottom of the last question, replace or add links to your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Link these to the pages on your website, or embed the URLs directly in the text. These are required for compliance.
-
5
Save
Save the survey. Preview the live URL and go through to the last question to confirm your business name and compliance links appear correctly.
Quick check: Open the live survey and click through to the last question. Your legal business name should appear in the opt-in disclosure (not the placeholder text), and the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions should link to your actual pages.
